At the recommendation of fellow players, I looked into the play style of Boros and found it very aggressive and also very different. I did not think about it much, but I did like the concept and color pallet of Boros. Recently, I threw together a bunch of cards that seemed fun in the Mardu style, but was dominately Boros in nature. Besides for the color and artwork, very little thought was put into this decklist other than the color.

After a few plays with the deck I found the style to be very different than what I am accustomed to, and it worked very well. The synergy was better than expected and I found that very little would need to be modified. Being creature oriented, the deck needed mana fixing, and that was largely the only thing that the deck really needed.

Update: After carefully looking through the cards and discovering cards from new sets and old sets that had great synergy with each other, I've modified the deck so as to improve the overall combat. The mana base has been tweaked and mana rocks have been exchanged or removed all together. I've also included secret commanders, Vial Smasher the Fierce along side either Tymna the Weaver or Ravos, Soultender, since the deck is combat focused there was no need to have them at the forefront of the deck. I'm really pleased with the new setup and I have had great games with this new setup.

As always, suggestions are welcomed and I'm interested to see what else is out there to improve the deck further.
