Turn 2:- play Island, enchant Forest with Overgrowth

Turn 3:- play Island. Tap enchanted Forest = 3 mana, untap it with Arbor Elf and tap it again = 6 mana, tap 2 Islands = 8 mana. Play Steel Hellkite and Voyaging Satyr

Turn 4:there are more ways how to play (not these two only, but these are best):

• play a land, attack with Steel Hellkite, then you have 10 mana (enchanted Forest, Arbor Elf, Voyaging Satyr and Island) you may pay up to 8 mana for its 2nd ability and destroy some of opponent's permanents. Let 2 mana for playing Sheltering Word to protect your Steel Hellkite from spells.
