Storm is one of the most overpowered, broken, and iconic abilities in Magic. It's literally the ability that we compare every other ability in the game. It's also reeeeeally fun. So how do we make a storm style deck that isn't so powerful that it takes over the table? Behold, I give you Stormless Storm. The deck uses Thousand Year Storm and cantrips to power out multiple targeted removal spells, draw spells, and other value cards to get us to a win. The deck can either be piloted by Kess or by Nicol Bolas, depending on what you feel like playing. Using thousand year storm, we will cantrip to take 2 to 3 extra turns in a row, then do it again with an expansion / explosion to kill someone and draw a ton of cards. We also have omniscience / enter the infinite to wrap up the game, but no way to power them out. Sparse mana rocks makes the deck run much slower and makes it more fair and fun. One of the best cards in the deck is treasure cruise, as it serves not only to set up draws, but to ramp us later on. I usually run bribery in the deck, but the card doesn't really work over camera so it has been removed. I hope you enjoy!
