Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain is the commander, she just isn't out yet. Main win cons in the deck are gaining tons of life with Aetherflux Reservoir and killing everyone off that way or using Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top + any artifact reducer to draw my deck and win with Laboratory Maniac

Goal of the deck is to take advantage of the new Jhoira's ability to draw and it's interaction with low to no drop historic cards. Testing the deck out to see how viable a strategy it is. I greatly appreciate any and all suggestions as this deck will most likely need it. Please bare in mind that the budget won't be that high, but i do have some decent cards in my collection that I can add to this deck.
