My Idea for this is to create a Mill/Control Deck.

I think Sphinx's Tutelage with the card draw helps along with Traumatize and Tunnel Vision help with the mill aspect.

I plan to have some creatures block and help get to the end result, as Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger helps the mill and Sphinx of the Final Word and Baral, Chief of Compliance help with the spells.

I am still working this deck out and would welcome any input
