This is my first Modern deck. I typically play EDH, so Modern is a very different beast altogether and I enjoyed putting it together.

I figured I would try to save a little money by going monocolor - I don't own any fetchlands. My favourite part of magic is putting creatures into the red zone, so mono-G stompy was a good first choice for me. I hope to bring this deck to some FNM events in my city, to get a feel for the format and how the community works. I fully expect to tweak the deck as I start to play it a little more, especially the SB.
