Hello world! After Torment, a Monoblack discard/control deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/torment-monoblack-discardcontrol/) I continue to adapt old archetypes in the new Standard. This time I have Stompy, the classic 'cheap, powerful creatures and pump spells' that some time ago crushed most Magic players. Obviously we don't have Rancor anymore, but I think this deck is lots of fun and pretty competitive. It runs 23 one drops, 4 of them being attune with ather, so the land count is pretty low. It wins games by playing lots of creatures and basically smothering the opponent with aggression, or by flipping Growing Rites of Itlimoc   and playing one of the fatties in the deck with lots of mana, such as Carnage Tyrant, Tishana, Voice of Thunder, a huge Walking Ballista or Nissa, Steward of Elements ultimate.
