This is a Mizzix Spellslinger Deck that prioritizes flavour over power. It doesn't really have a reliable wincon, it mostly kind of builds a new one based on the opponets, often steeling their permanents and such.

You may notice that I don't run as many X-spells as most Mizzix Decks. That's because I want cards like Epic Experiment or Mizzix's Mastery to work better.
