Skill Borrower is the commander. Yes it isn't technically legal. It's cool so I let it slide.

This deck is built around barely having enough lands to play my spells. I do this because there is more ramp than lands in the deck, allowing my commander to less frequently flip a dead card off the top. The best hits in the deck are Top with Counterbalance, Top+Cost Reducer+Mystic Forge/Future Sight, and Arcanis off the top. It wins by Slamming an endbringer, making infinite mana, slamming on an Umbral Mantle and going to town. It has the possibility of going fast. It usually keeps one lander.
