Just a dumb idea I had, and I expanded on an idea someone had of using Oath of Gideon + Starfield of Nyx to swap two oaths and get 2 free Rally triggers every turn. This however doesn't focus on allies, just enchantments.

I'm going to build this once OGW is released and report the shenanigans
