Description of this EDH prototype pending. Really want opinions. I'm sure that this sort of thing is already old news, but didn't want to copy/paste from here or edhrec.

Please, tell me if I'm doing it wrong! Not going for a full on stax build, but kind of the same idea. Basically, I don't care about the opponents' board presence, because I will work to keep it from doing anything.

There is one infinite loop in here, but the deck is not dependent on it:

• Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter = infinite card draw.

Both of these cards are useful outside of the combo itself.
