Attempt to build the most ridiculous tribal deck I can think of in standard: Birds.

Essentially the deck exists to control the game until Kefnet can be fed, which isn't the best strategy... Really trying to figure out the best way to make birds work in standard. Noticed the Dominaria birds had a lot of historic interactions, hence the few legendaries and the Dowsing Daggers. I know it's janky, but not entirely sure what to do to make the tribal better.
