i made this deck as i wanted to do something different from the wedges.
the curve is very low but the quick ramp can allow me to create massive board presence and usually get the win if i'm on the play due it's speed.
Warden of the First Tree is an amazing early drop and if not removed early on can dominate the late game with mana be pumped into him every turn.Crater's Claws instead of lightning strike because late game or on a stalled board, when you have flooding dead draws, when you draws this and pay R8 and dealing 10 due to ferocious it can be devastating.
Game 1- [2-0] B/U control
This game i got lucky, my opponent had dead draws and weak keeps and i was able to consistently create lethal by turn 5 and his removal just wasn't enough to stop the wave.I wan't to try and play B/U with proper draws and keeps feels like it would be a different game.
Game 2 [2-1] Jeskai tokens
Favorite deck to face, side board can easily hate on this type of deck. having cheap value creature and cheap mass removal Bile Blight this game was easy, lost the second match due to mulligan to 5 and nothing to play after turn 2 goblin rabble master except land.
Game 3 [2-0] Jeskai tokens Again
same as the previous one the first game after winning the die roll and just bashing in with speed off an elvish mystic. 2nd match i didn't mulligan this time and just burst out onto the field with bile blights in hand, quick scoop from opponent.
Game 4 [2-0] R/G monsters
This was a struggle, basically the same curve, same creatures, same everything. the only thing that gave me the upper hands was being able to use removal. just the small advantaged i need to break through a blocker. top decks were on my side in this game as craters claws let me slash the opponent down to 0 before she could
