This is just an eggs deck for WTS that uses the ETB effects of artifacts and top deck manipulation to kill your opponents. Saw a variation of this deck so I decided to streamline it to get a fairly constant win ~turn 6. This deck can easily cycle through itself once Citadel comes down on the board and you can usually keep manipulating the top of your deck with scry, surveil, and draw effects as well as using Saheeli's -2 ability to copy the smaller artifacts like Relic or Staff of Vert to keep the momentum going. The deck is still in progress and I'm debating on putting a lot of counter magic in the sideboard to respond to other counter magic. The deck isn't completely reliant on Citadel to get the win but you really need to have Saheeli fairly early on in the game but can be gotten off the citadel's ability.
