This is a Sram deck set to take advantage of his cheap commander cost and card draw ability. This deck has one goal; get Sram out, then play a ton of equips till you can trample/commander damage everyone to death. Very few creatures in this (only really support ones for the ultimate motive).

Turn 1; mulligan till you have at least 2 lands (one of which is a plains). If you go low on cards; no matter, because Sram will draw back for you. Turn 2, play Sram. Turn 3, ......? Turn 4, profit.
