A High Tide deck (ab)using the splice onto arcane interactions.

Just like a spring tide deck you can go off on 3rd turn and start to generate mana and draw cards and when you get two Cloud of Faeries into play, you can return one of them to your hand with Veil of Secrecy spliced while casting Petals of Insight , giving shroud to the other, return Petals of Insight to your hand cast the Cloud of Faeries you returned, untap lands, cast Petals of Insight with the Veil of Secrecy spliced on it again returning the shroud Cloud of Faeries and giving shroud to the other one, this could loop generating great amounts of mana while you search for a Blue Sun's Zenith or a Merchant Scroll to find it and make you opponent draw their library.

You could also cast the other arcanes to splice a Psychic Puppetry targeting your land to untap it to add more mana than you spent to cast/splice it and keep a untap effect in your hand while drawing cards.
