A tribal golem deck with a little populate.

The goal of the deck is to cast Splicers to make Golem tokens, then make them stronger (Tempered Steel) and increase their numbers (Growing Ranks).

Elemental Bond: Its great for card draw because all the Golems are 3/3.

Mizzium Skin: Its for cheap protection which is needed because early game you will be mostly tapped out.

Rootborn Defenses: Because you don't want to lose your Golem army to a Damnation. Also it populates.

Selesnya Charm: It gives us a 2/2 for early defense, exiles the bigger threats and gives trample to our Golems.

Elemental Bond + Growing Ranks : Draw an extra card at every upkeep, as long you control a Golem token.

Sakura-Tribe Elder: Can fetch the lands we need. Can also be used to chump block. Declare him as blocker then sacrifice him.

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice: Gives us sustain for late game and can populate once every turn.

Made a few changes to make the deck faster and more consistent.

-1x Growing Ranks
Removed 1 because it is essentially a free version of Trostani, Selesnya's Voice.

Removed to release space.

+3x Sakura-Tribe Elder
+2x Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Total lands reduced from 24 to 22
-3x Thornwood Falls
-4x Tranquil Cove
-2x Plains
-1x Forest

+4x Island
+4x Evolving Wilds
Removed the dual lands(Tranquil Cove,Thornwood Falls), because Sakura-Tribe Elder can't target them, so I added Evolving Wilds which is essentially Sakura-Tribe Elder in land form.

Unfortunately the price went up a little, but it still is barely under 30$
