Deck focused around trying to get Psychic Spiral of for as much damage as possible to our opponents Library. Want this to be tournament competitive. Could definitely use help with choosing cards so I can start saving up and build it.Mesmeric Orb and Ghoulcaller's Bell both act as fuel for Psychic Spiral allowing me to dump cards into my graveyard every turn so that I should have a good stack to hit my opponent with by about turn 5 or 6.

Snapcaster Mage grants flashback when I play it, l so I can salvage my larger bombs like Mind Funeral, Glimpse the Unthinkable, and Psychic Spiral if the get milled before I can draw them.

Jace, the Living Guildpact also acts as fuel for Psychic Spiral, while also providing a limited degree of scrying. A few counter spells help round the deck out.

Mutilate gives me good protection against aggro allowing me to board wipe with minimal impact to my side of the field. Go for the Throat give me a good way to deal with most threats that I can't take out using Mutilate
