This is a red blue rush deck. The primary goal is to get out a Kiln Fiend on turn two and pump it with a couple of Spells Like Apostle's Blessing + Artful Dodge and an Assault Strobe to hit for 20 on turn three.Be warned this deck is not mulligan friendly, and the best counter for that is instead of going for the quick rush, pace your casts and hit for as much as you can when you can. Stubborn Denial is extremely synergistic with Kiln Fiend and Nivix Cyclops leading to a one mana cost hard counter due to the way the stack functions.Faithless Looting is good for when you don't go much to go off of, simply discard a flashback card like Artful Dodge and an unwanted creature, or you can simply use it to beef your field while looking for that game ending Artful Dodge + Assault Strobe /Apostle's Blessing, and Peek is simply because it was Gitaxian Probe for the free cast, but now that that's banned in modern changes had to be made.Any way, I have a lot of fun with this deck and I think you will to.
