Maybeboard


The idea is to ramp and accumulate combo pieces, using tutors and card draw. There's lots of board clears and single removal to control the pace of the game while you whittle down opponents.

The main win condition is Mana Geyser + a big X spell. There is lots of extra turn spells and reverberate effects to facilitate this. Counterspells and Boseiju protect your combo when it goes off.

While this is a bit more direct and fragile than Storm, it also doesn't require nearly as much setup. While rocks are as vulnerable as anything, and opponents may not always have a lot of tapped lands, just hardcasting Torment at the right time can often lead to impressive results. Dark Ritual can also help give an extra mana bump.

This is an extremely budget version of the Kess Turns CEDH deck.

The removed cards were not consistent or reliable enough to justify. Walk the Aeons is an extra turn that doesn't exile itself (and thus is Kess-able). Boseiju helps protect your combo and other important plays.
