This deck is under $30 for paper version while still being considerably strong. However, it is quite difficult to play, since you have to often use more complicated mechanics and stack order in detail. You can save $5 for excluding Baral, Chief of Compliance .

Basic strategy:

90% of your mana should be used in opponent's turn. Play your instants in response and at the end of turn (before you untap mana) use your mana for helpful spells or cycling.

Early game, keep killing, bouncing and counterspelling anything an opponent does, which also builds your graveyard.

Mid game, try to get Drake Haven or Enigma Drake out. Multiple copies of either of them, if possible. But still try so save some mana for opponent's turn.

End game, cycle your cards while creating huge amounts of Drake tokens and Enigma Drake s with huge power. If you run out of cards, cast Bedlam Reveler for to refill.
