Will this deck work in most Modern Metas? Is Burn a viable strategy in Modern? is there any cards i can run to improve but at the same time keep it somewhat a budget deck? I would like to build this for fun and to make competitive. What is a good number of Burn to Creature?Is this ready for PTQ's?

I have been using this deck with success, i am very new to the format. I still dont know many decks, i have posted this deck for a while now and have gotten some good feedback. Any suggestions on how to get rid or around Leyline of Sanctity? I have ran into this card a couple times. Also i used to run 18 lands and 4 Hellspark Elemental but i made some changes for more land and Molten Rain in the maindeck. I have been considering Shrine of Burning Rage , but dont know what to take out and also swapping Vexing Devils for Eidolon of Great Revel but i feel its going to kill me if my opponent doesnt kill plus i think its bad against pod. I dont know if i should put in Eidolon of the Great Revel]].
