Based heavily upon cEDH Budget Thrasios Scepter by LabManiac_Dan -- The budget paradox scepter combo with a few swapped out parts, replaced by things I currently have in my collection, such as Academy Ruins and Cyclonic Rift.

I also opted for a bit more tutoring in Mystical Tutor and Merchant Scroll to help fish for Dramatic Reversal, as well as Muddle the Mixture to go for both parts of the combo. Riftsweeper is just for peace of mind regarding Diminishing Returns exiling something I require...
