Props to my buddy Spencer for helping me solidify this idea with his awesome deck building skills

Basically the idea of the deck is to use Faithless Looting or Izzet Charm to get Reya Dawnbringer and another creature into the yard, then use Goryo's Vengeance on your opponent's end step to get Reya so her ability on your upkeep will trigger and bring back a fatty.

Back up plan is to Through the Breach in Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or said fatty.

Snapcaster Mage is in for recursion of looting spells and combo pieces that get stolen with hand hate and there's counter magic to protect the combo.

**Definitely aware of the fact that Sheoldred, Whispering One is just a better Reya, Reya is mainly budget purposes
