Thanks for taking a look at my Animar EDH deck!

This deck started as a Riku Commander precon but has since taken shape into a creature-heavy deck.

The overall idea is to take a hand that has the ability to cast Animar on turn 3 and then proceed to build up counters and drop more creatures for a lower cost.

Cards that help get this going are:

• Man-o'-War: Continuous bouce to build counters

• Maelstrom Wanderer: Cascade, Cascade into high CMC creatures or responses

• Hamletback Goliath: Gets stronger with counters, too
