Over these couple of days of play testing, well of lost dreams has been less than stellar. There's a reason that white is one of the worst colors for card draw. Instead of trying to mitigate that weakness I am now trying to increase consistency and speed.Came down from 21 to 20 land, remove 1 Ajani planeswalker to have a full set of Captain of Eos and one of the bigger changes has been the removal of Well of Lost Dreams for Proclamation of rebirth. Our creatures are strong however we need them to stay on the battlefield for them to do damage, Brave the elements is good for spot removal, Cavern of Souls is beautiful against counter magic, and the new card, Proclamation of Rebirth, is the best at coming back from board wipes. The biggest contender for this spot, however, is none other than Brought Back. 1 less mana than PoR and bring back any kind of creature at instant speed is pretty great...whats less then stellar is that it only works with things that left that same turn and you only bring back 2 things. Over the next couple of days I will test them both out and see where we land in the better board wipe comeback card. My bet is on PoR but we'll see.
