I had this concept for a Vampire tribal a few days ago and threw it together really quickly after a trip to the local card shop to get a few odds-and-ends. It ended up not being much of a tribal, I broke it for a couple of alternate methods of lifegain, but the Vampire theme is still pretty evident.

The primary win condition was originally to field as many of the Drana's Emissary and Bloodbond Vampire as possible to slowly boost the latter's counters and make her a powerful force, combining the Intimidate gained from Shadow Alley Denizen from fielding Sorin's tokens with her immense power. Victim of Night and Vampire Nighthawk served as spot removal and the rest of the cards were mostly for flavor to increase my own life pool even more because I'm the type of player who is very uncomfortable when constrained to only 20 life.

I've found through playtests, though, that slowly sapping the life out of every player on the field has been far more successful, so the Bloodbond Vampire has become something of an alternative win condition to just waiting everyone out while I field as many tokens to defend with as possible. Either way,so far I've only ever lost with this deck once in its playtests and I think it's a great budget deck, only costing me around $30 to build! It's also the first deck I've built totally solo, as I'm a new player and have had a lot of help with previous decks I've made.
