Well... you pretty much just wait for Sorin Markov to get his abilities out, then make their life ten, and hit them for 2 with his '+3' every turn, along with other burn and draining cards. Steal their turn if you feel like it and make them use a minus ability if you want to to weaken their life enough for a win. Irritate your opponent earlygame with may burn and killspells, then play sorin, reduce their loyalty to 10, then finish the job with burn. While cards like Demigod of Revenge seem a strange choice for singleton, I think of it as another 5 power flying hasty guy along with Thundermaw Hellkite, which can in effect halve your opponent's life.
