Win Condition

Card's such as Diregraf Colossus and Haunted Dead help you to get really wide and overpower the opponent with tokens. Gisa and Geralf's graveyard ability also triggers the Colossus tokens. Coupling this with Risen Executioner can be brutal

Sorin, Grim Nemesis is an amazing planeswalker, his +1 ability can win games alone, but he can also control opponents with his -x, and stomp opponents with his ultimate. If you haven't got Sorin in your hand, you can cast Sidisi, Undead Vizier and sacrifice Relentless Dead (get him back to your hand) to go find Sorin, or any other card you need at the time.

Zombie tokens are the perfect target for a card such as Voldaren Pariah  . Her flip ability can clear an opponents board, whilst you can sacrifice cards such as Relentless Dead to bring back even more creatures from your graveyard.

Removal

When testing this deck originally, I played 28 creatures and I found I couldn't get as wide as i needed without being removed, and i also found i didn't have a way of dealing with huge eldrazi's and such.

Therefore, I'm playing two copies of Grasp of Darkness to remove early threats, and two Ruinous Path . This let's me deal with both huge creatures and planeswalkers as well as offering late game advantage with the awaken ability. Dark Salvation also offers some nice zombie flavour along with tokens. Finally, Compelling Deterrence can get rid if anything pesky and cause your opponent to discard.
