For some reason I decided to make my first EDH deck mono-blue. Now I'm bankrupt and my friends all hate me. When this deck wins, it wins by going as basic blue as possible; return permanents, counter spells, and draw enough cards to make Soramaro at least a 21/21. It works better in one-on-one matches than it does in multiplayer.
