SPOILER WARNING,

as this features information and significant events across all eight parts of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. With that out of the way, let's get into it!

- Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder (Commander): Jonathan Joestar, the progenitor of the series and the main character of Part 1: Phantom Blood. The dual keywords of double strike and lifelink echo his hamon abilities.
  • Silas Renn, Seeker Adept (Commander): Dio Brando, the main villain of Part 1. Before his transformation into a vampire, his deathtouch alludes to his use of poison, and his artifact recursion references his use of the Stone Mask.

  • Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet : Dio Brando after his transformation into a vampire. He creates zombies to assail the hero, and is willing to sacrifice his minions for his own gain.

  • Serra Disciple : Robert E. O. Speedwagon, a supporter of Jonathan throughout Part 1. His first strike and flying abilities echo his flying hat attack, and he gets stronger the more notable characters you have.

  • Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage : Joseph Joestar, the main character of Part 2: Battle Tendency. Flash echoes his purposefully surprising attacks and strategy.

  • Edgar Markov : Kars, a Pillar Man and vampire originator. The main villain of Part 2, he continually creates and powers up an army of vampires.

  • Meteor Golem : Von Stroheim the cyborg Nazi has high destructive power, but isn't very durable himself.

  • Arvad the Cursed : Jotaro Kujo, the main character of Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. He's a nonchalant edgy boi who never is remotely defeated throughout the entire part. His deathtouch epitomizes his unbeatablitiy, while his legendary anthem demonstrates how he holds the Crusaders together.

  • Yahenni, Undying Partisan : DIO, the main antagonist of Part 3. His ability to gain indestructible shows the effects of The World's time-stop ability, and he gets stronger whenever an enemy (say, a member of the Joestar family) dies.

  • Harsh Mentor : Mohammed Avdol, a support character in Part 3. His stand, Magician's Red, uses its Red Bind to restrict and burn the opponent.

  • Sentinel of the Pearl Trident : Noriaki Kakyoin, another side character of Part 3. He enables others in Part 3, much like Sentinel's ability to allow others to escape damage or re-trigger enters the battlefield abilities.

  • Resolute Watchdog : Iggy. May the best doggo rest in peace.

  • Cabal Paladin : Hol Horse, a minor villain of Part 3 that attacks at range. His motto is "Always be number two," and as such he needs a notable (historic) partner to do damage.

  • Truefire Captain : Josuke Higashikata, the main character of Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable. He mentors Koichi Hirose, and lashes out (deals damage) whenever someone insults his hair (deals damage to him).

  • Neheb, the Eternal : Yoshikage Kira, the main antagonist of Part 4. Kira is a serial killer and a sadist, and so Neheb represents him by rewarding you for causing you opponents pain in the form of damage.

  • Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius : Rohan Kishibe, a side character in Part 4. Rohan is an mangaka who gathers inspiration by using his Stand, Heaven's Door, to read the memories of others. Similarly, Niv rewards you for dealing damage by drawing you cards (gaining information).

  • Xantcha, Sleeper Agent : Hayato Kawajiri, another Part 4 side character. Hayato is part of Yoshikage Kira's third bomb, Bites the Dust. He works against Kira, but he also helps Kira by unintentionally killing anyone who learns of Kira's identity. Similarly, Xantcha works for an opponent, but aids you.

  • Kytheon, Hero of Akros  : Giorno Giovanna, the main character of Part 5: Vento Aureo (Golden Wind). He starts as a lowly street thief, but eventually becomes the boss of Passione, an Italian gang.

  • Kwende, Pride of Femeref : Bruno Bucciarati, a side character in Part 5. He helps Giorno rise through the ranks of Passione, and leads a team of gangsters. The offensive support provided by Kwende is similar.

  • Kari Zev, Skyship Raider : Jolyne Cujoh, the main character of Part 6: Stone Ocean. Much like Kari, Jolyne is a criminal; most of the part takes place in her prison. The creation of Ragavan is very flavorfully similar to a Stand, and she works very well with the card that represents her father, Jotaro.

  • Rona, Disciple of Gix : Enrico Pucci, the main villain of Part 6. He's a priest, and a follower of Dio, much like Rona is a follower of a villain much earlier in Magic's story. Additionally, the Historic recursion on Rona is similar to how Pucci puts DIO's diary back together.

  • Mangara of Corondor : Emporio Alnino, a side character of Part 6. At the end of the Part, Emporio is one of few to escape the universal reset unscathed. He then defeats Pucci while relegating himself to the sidelines, "exiling" them both.

  • Knight of Grace : Johnny Joestar, the protagonist of Part 7: Steel Ball Run. Johnny is a paraplegic ex-jockey who is forced to use a horse for transportation throughout the part (hence the knight flavor). He always rises to the challenge in the face of adversity, similar to the pump effect on the Knight. He also uses ranged attacks, similar to first strike.

  • Tilonalli's Skinshifter : Josuke Higashikata of Part 8: Jojolion. Josuke's Stand, Soft & Wet, allows him to steal physical attributes of others. By himself, he's a blank slate (just like the Skinshifter), as he's an amnesiac who was discovered and adopted.

  • Integrity / Intervention : Hamon, the signature ability of the heroes of Parts 1 and 2. Integrity represents the empowering abilities of Hamon, while Intervention depicts the offensive capabilities of Hamon.

  • Pull from Tomorrow : Hermit Purple, Joseph Joestar's Stand. Just as Hermit Purple provides information, Pull provides card draw.

  • Threads of Disloyalty : DIO's fleshbuds, which allow him to subvert the minds of anyone weaker than him, just as the Threads allow you to control weak creatures.

  • Jaya's Immolating Inferno : Star Platinum, Jotaro's Stand. A source of raw damage output, as this is before he unlocks Star Platinum - The World.

  • Hostage Taker : Justice, Enya's Stand. It eliminates opponents, then can control their corpses at range.

  • Djinn of Wishes : Judgement, the Stand of the side character Cameo. It uses its ability to manipulate earth to appear as if it grants wishes.

  • Worst Fears : The World, DIO's Stand. Fears leaves an opponent helpless, unable to control their own body, similar to trapping them in The World's stopped time.

  • Gustcloak Savior : Crazy Diamond, Josuke's Stand in Part 4, which allows Josuke to restore any object to a previous state. Similarly, the Savior can return an attacking ally to a previous state when it's beneficial to do so.

  • Baird, Steward of Argive : Echoes, Koichi's Stand. All of Echoes's three Acts have defensive abilities, mostly involving the use of sound. Baird might not use sound, but his ability makes it difficult for the opponent to attack.

  • Crackling Doom : Red Hot Chili Pepper, the Stand of Akira Otoishi. Chili Pepper is a Stand made of electricity, and Akira attempts to use it to take out important heroes.

  • Identity Thief : Cinderella, the Stand of one Aya Tsuji, allows her to replace the body parts and facial features of a person, either with new, temporary ones she fabricates herself, or with permanent ones from another person. Yoshikage Kira takes advantage of this, and forces Aya to give him a new identity.

  • Lingering Phantom : The automatic Stand of Polpo from Part 5, Black Sabbath appears when an important (Historic) person tries to join Passione. It cannot be permanently killed unless exposed to direct sunlight for a significant duration of time, just as the Phantom must be exiled.

  • Jace, Cunning Castaway : Silver Chariot Requiem, Jean-Pierre Polnareff's Requiem Stand that appears in Part 5. Chariot Requiem turns others' Stands against them, hence the Illusion tokens and the self-duplication.

  • Disrupt Decorum : King Crimson, the Stand of Diavolo in Part 5. Its ability to "skip time" allows Diavolo to escape his fate, much like Decorum can save the player from dying to attackers.

  • Platinum Emperion : Gold Experience Requiem, the result of Giorno pierces his own Stand with the Arrow. GER defies entropy, being able to negate any change, just as the Emperion prevents the player's life total from changing.

  • Kheru Mind-Eater : Whitesnake, Enrico Pucci's original Stand, which allows him to steal the memories and Stands of others in the form of CDs. Similarly, the Mind-Eater steals cards from hand.

  • Heirloom Blade : The Sword of Luck and Pluck, which was passed down from a lineage of Bluford to Jonathan Joestar.

  • Worn Powerstone : The Red Stone of Asia, a source of figurative power in Part 2.

  • Artificer's Assistant : The Speedwagon Foundation, which aids and gathers information for the heroes until the universal reset.

  • Phyrexian Scriptures : DIO's diary, which details the three-step way for Pucci to attain the Stand Made in Heaven in Part 6.

  • Orazca Relic : DIO's bone, a part required to grow the Green Baby in Part 6.

  • Conqueror's Galleon  : The fight between Dio's severed head and Jonathan on the boat, leading to Jonathan's death.

  • Brave the Sands : The Crusaders traverse the desert, vigilant of enemy Stand attacks.

  • Utter End : DIO's death.

  • Cruel Ultimatum : The standoff (pardon the pun) between Jotaro, Josuke, Koichi, Hayato, and Kira at the end of Part 4, when Kira takes a hostage for the use of Bites the Dust.

  • Urza's Ruinous Blast : The universal reset and the end of Part 6, eliminating everyone except certain notable (legendary) characters.

  • Evolving Wilds : The changing nature of JoJo's.

  • Mystic Monastery : Tonpetty's Nepalese monastery, where Will A. Zeppeli and others were trained in the use of Hamon.

  • Stone Quarry : The canyon where Jonathan fought Dio's zombie knights in Part 1.

  • Forsaken Sanctuary : The Joestar Mansion, destroyed and abandoned at the end of Part 1.

  • Swiftwater Cliffs : The pit and stone pillar where Lisa Lisa trained Joseph and Caesar in the use of Hamon.

  • Highland Lake : The mountains and water source where Jotaro beat Rubber Soul and his Stand, Yellow Temperance.

  • Dismal Backwater : The ghost town where Jotaro defeated Enya (alt. Enyaba) and her Stand, Justice.

  • Cinder Barrens : The deserts of Egypt where the Crusaders fought The Sun.

  • Meandering River : The Egyptian Nile.

  • Submerged Boneyard : The Nile's depths, where Jotaro defeated the Stand High Priestess.

  • Scoured Barrens : The desert where Iggy and Jotaro defeated N'Doul and his Stand, Geb.

  • Nomad Outpost : The outdoor bar where D'Arby the Elder made his bet with Jotaro.

  • Cradle of the Accursed : DIO's Mansion.

  • Akoum Refuge : The town of Morioh, a serial killer's haven.

  • Manalith : The Angelo Stone, a popular landmark in Morioh.

  • Tranquil Cove : The island where Buccelati and his gang recover Polpo's fortune and meet Trish Una.

  • Wind-Scarred Crag : The mountainside ruins of Pompeii.
