The theme of this mono-black Aggro deck (with a tiny bit of Control) is obviously poisoning the other player(s). To accomplish this, I'm using a total of six creatures (4x Swamp Mosquito, 2x Suq'Ata Assassin ) that come with the ability to poison and I added 4x Snake Cult Initiation and 4x Fear for other creatures to get in on the action.

The discarding (via Bloodhusk Ritualist , Abyssal Specter, Guul Draz Specter , and Hypnotic Specter) is a nice bonus to have alongside the flying Specters. The lifelink provided by Vampiric Link is also a nice bonus to have for the multiplayer matches this deck will be seeing - and it's also just for fun.

Other spells involve mana acceleration and creature destruction.

Liliana Vess on the sideboard is there in case I decide to start using a Planeswalker for casual play.

I wanted to build a casual black deck that wasn't all zombies, all vampires (too expensive), and all control. Also, I'm not necessarily looking to cut this deck down to 60 (as it won't see tournament play) and I am fine with 65-70 cards.

Any comments/suggestions concerning this deck are certainly welcome.
