A commander deck around Derevi, Empyrial Tactician which involves abusing the untap ability as much as possible with cards like Time Vault and Voltaic Key. I decided to ignore budgets this time around to see just how borken(I spelled it that way on purpose) I can make Derevi. However, I'm not a very experienced Commander player, and this is my first time building a deck from scratch(I've only upgraded precons before), so I have no idea how to balance how many of each permanent I should include. I also have no idea how to balance lands for commander(I don't think there's a golden number like 24 in this commander) and there are a bunch of cards missing aside from the lands. Anyway, I would REALLY appreciate any help for this deck since it's my first time building one from the ground up.

NOTE: I know Time Vault is illegal, but my playgroup ignores literally all bans and just plays with whatever they want regardless of legality, so it's allowed here.
