As with original Zvi solution deck my deck tries to answer our play group meta and prove that non-stax control can be a thing in multiplayer edh. Our play group decks are mostly agro and/or midrange decks heavily relying on creature and combat to win the game with the rest of the decks being 75% combo decks. Our play group deck budgets vary from under $100 to around $800, but none are using high-end fast mana like mana crypt, grim monolith, mox diamond, gaea's cradle etc. Also our play group is very light on land destruction which lead me to idea: if everybody is mostly using artifacts, enchantments and creatures to get ahead why not nuke all of them over and over again until opponents just run out of resources? In order to do so deck runs 5 wrath effects and 4 planar cleansing ones. To get ahead we use good old spells and try to recycle everything as much as possible. That's why we have forbid, capsize, whispers of the muse as well as eternal witness, greenwarden of murasa and the deck's all-star seasons' past. If something important to the deck got exiled we have riftsweeper to bring it back. All this also led me to bant color combination: we have permission and card advantage from blue, wrath and hate effects from white, ramp and recursion from green. Derevi is also a perfect commander for the deck - no matter how many times you wrathed the board it comes down ready to block and untap stuff for a low low price of 4 mana. Idea of the deck is to get far ahead on resources and eventually win through approach of the second sun, sun titan + derevi + statis or just eventually bounce every permanent with some combination of capsize, tidespout tyrant and galecaster colossus.

My intention building this deck was to stay on a budget as much as possible thus leaving a lot of room for upgrades. If you wonder why deck doesn't run something like maze of ith, phantasmal image or patron wizard - that's probably the reason why. This deck is currently in a building stage and basically untested so keep that in mind while checking decklist.
