Flicker deck. The name of the game is to multiply effects from entering the battlefield. Mana - flicker permanents that let you fetch a land or flicker mana artifacts so they come back in untapped. Card advantage - Flicker cards that let you draw by entering or, like Curator's Ward, when it leaves. Also, deck thinning/fixing by fetching lands out and scrying or reordering. Also ETB graveyard recursion. Removal - flicker enchantments that exile permanents. Permanently remove tokens, threaten to leave the permanents on enemy commanders. Multiple or even endless flickering for advantage or removal - use cards like Venser, Shaper Savant and Reality Acid especially to get rid of anything. Synergy - Gain board state from ETBs that make tokens. Deal damage through defenses using targeted removal. The game is slow and calculating until you can combo off. Flicker planeswalkers for double the effects.

Win - there are several combos in here to get infinite flicker, infinite mana, infinite life, infinite tokens, infinite turns, infinite mill. Brago is primary but other flicker triggers can be used. Take special note of Lithoform Engine and Strionic resonator - when they copy a flicker trigger, they can come back into play untapped while the other trigger is still on the stack, ready to be copied again.

Shut opponents down with endless flickering of Stasis, Lavina of the tenth (that includes opponent's mana rocks!), fall of thran, and Stonehorn Dignitary. Flickering mana sources helps against negative effects.

Combos Brago, King Eternal + Strionic Resonator or Brago, King Eternal + Lithoform Engine plus at least 2 from a mana rock like Sol Ring. Copy the trigger to flicker all permanents while it is on the stack, then bring the mana generators and copying artifact into play untapped. Copy the spell again for infinite flicker + a win/synergy condition. You can also use cloud of faries or perigrine drake for the mana. Archaeomancer + Time Warp or Archaeomancer + Savor the Moment for infinite extra turns. Felidar Guardian + Glorious Protector + Touch the Spirit Realm for an infinite flicker loop with whatever ETB-matters card, like Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Altar of the Brood, Genesis Chamber, etc.
