Based on the old Solar Flare archetype, trying to sort of meld the current bant decks with esper and utilize a reanimator shell with board control and high power threats.

Revelation is the big questionmark. The list should already have plenty of long game power, but it's possible some number of them should still be included.. Possibly in place of some of the expensive creatures.
