I'm tired of Junk Rites being the deck to beat in the format and Esper Control not being strong enough to hold it off, so why not bring back solar flare and mash the two together? It's not quite as good as never ending Liliana's, but I feel like there are quite a few cards to strengthen the build once Dragon's Maze releases. Feedback is appreciated! :D
