Built on a budget (less than 60 USD), I wanted to build a deck around Jace Beleren (using his card from Innistrad). Of course, I haven't played Magic in something like 10 years, so this is kind of a first go around from what I could find locally. I'm excited to try and test it out!

Note: this deck is intended for Standard and/or Block play, at least until SOI/EDM gets phased out in September 2017. Of course, I might expand the card selection I am drawing from, considering the block constructed format is most likely being phased out.... So, no, I don't know why I limited myself to just Shadows over Innistrad and Welcome 2016 cards.... LOL
