A deck entirely focused around making a player mill! Every card has a purpose or combo:

Straight Up Mill Cards: Glimpse the Unthinkable, Archive Trap, Grindstone , Jace, Memory Adept, Mind Funeral, Hedron Crab, Thought Scour (low cost, plus draw power)

Island is for Mana!

Swamp is for Mana!

Choked Estuary is for Mana! Of both kinds!

Underground Sea is great for Dual Mana and also counts for both Polluted Delta and Choked Estuary

Ghost Quarters starts as Mana, but can trick an opponent into letting you cast Archive Trap for free.

Nephalia's Drownyard adds Mana and extra, repeated milling.

Hedron Crab + Polluted Delta not only searches for either Island or Swamp depending on need (or Underground Sea if you can't pick), it has twice the landfall milling for the turn. All four crabs means milling maxes out at 24 cards with this!

Shelldock Isle gives Extra blue mana, and also the effect goes off quickly and can get a high power card like Consuming Aberration or Archive Trap for no cost

Laboratory Maniac is an option for decent creature fodder, but also back-up plan if deck is used against a large number of players at once and you need to resort to self-milling instead of milling each individual opponent

Visions of Beyond has Draw power, quickly increases with a mill deck for it's three card draw

Sapphire Medallion lowers cost of most cards in deck, great for Archive Trap or Consuming Aberration

Consuming Aberration is the power house of the deck, it is a highly powerful creature for a mill deck and comes with a built in extra-milling effect. Super fun after Mind Funeral to slaughter your opponent's hopes at lands

Surgical Extraction gets rid of a pesky cards, might also work for Archive Trap's free cost effect but I'm not entirely sure based on pronoun wording

Crypt Incursion is because, with all those cards sent to the graveyard, and few creatures to stop damage, it will easily bump your health up by 30+

Ravenous Trap is back-up in case you face a deck that has fun with large graveyards (Zombies?). Great for use after Crypt Incursion

Fabricate is great to search out Grindstone or Painter's Servant (considering lowering Grindstone and PS to 1 each and putting in two more Fabricates instead).

Grindstone + Painter's Servant is used to make every card in opponent's deck gain a matching color and you can mill their entire deck at once.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank are both good cards for mill decks alone, but together they can produce a loop mill combo that will finish an opponent either by deck out or reducing life... whichever comes first.
