Alright this deck has been overhauled to high hell for the sake of making the theoretical best Mishra deck possible. Description will be reworked to accommodate newly added cards and remove references to cards that arent being run

Would you mind if I built a budget version of this deck if I cited your name and linked your deck at the start of the description? I really love the idea but I'm not willing to spend that much on an EDH deck
