This deck is not in the least bit competitive, but it is certainly enjoyable. Using scrying sheets, we have a source of massive card advantage against our opponent, with that we are looking to jank our opponent out with our snow permanents. I am not sure if this deck is budget, if you got rid of some of the cards and made peace with the jank it could be less optimized and budget for certain.
