This is a Hapatra list that is quite heavily influenced by the JLK/Game Knights Hapatra deck. I made a number of budgetary cuts but it also allowed me to add some interesting cards that synergize with -1/-1 counters. I also removed all the black tutors. This was mostly for budget however I also wanted to cut a lot out. I kept the green ones in because they were cheaper and I did want to have some amount of consistency, however I also wanted to take enough out that the deck wasn't repetitive. My goal with this Commander was to make a sweet list that generated a lot of value using Hapatra's design to focus on the unique engine of -1/-1 counters. Looking forward to seeing how it plays!
