My take on a High Tide deck. With the synergy of Snap + Snapcaster Mage , the storm count can get pretty high. Then, I have found that on the turn you go off, Ideas Unbound works about like an Ancestral Recall. Finally, I use Pact of Negation for protection. This deck has a pretty consistent third turn win with at least one Snap, one Snapcaster Mage, one High Tide, and a couple of draw spells.
