Wheel spell slinger deck based on profiting off of discarding your hand is the theme here. With the commander, you can discard 7 then draw 14 cards. Thats a ton of draw power for your every day wheel card.

Win cons:

Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries for milling out

Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity for infinite damage

Ral, Izzet Viceroy's ult and Aria of Flame for burn damage

Rise from the Tides or The Locust God for aggro tokens

Or even bigger aggro, Crackling Drake, Enigma Drake, Spellheart Chimera, or the one and only Rielle, the Everwise

Runechanter's Pike equipped for doubling that inst/sorc power damage

Ominous Seas for a bunch of 8/8s

The rest of the deck is control, wheels, and returning cards from the grave or giving them flash back.

Some fun interactions are with how you use your discarded cards on. Remember, you are drawing cards when you are doing this.

Firestorm to hit a bunch of damage

Turbulent Dreams pops perms back to opponents hands

Forbid allows you to counter over till your cards run out

Flashing back your grave.

Call to Mind, Mystic Retrieval, Ethereal Forager, Underworld Breach are all in the deck to bring back those milled cards when you need them. Or just bring them all back with Mizzix's Mastery

Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to grave back in to start over while your opponent is getting milled out.
