My IRL deck that was originally made using lots of Amonkhet and the Nissa and Gideon planeswalker sets. I was just getting into commander and loved planeswalkers. Slowly upgraded it, and decided to get rid of the exert subtheme, and ultimately the Gideons. Turned into basically a Gruul stompy EDH deck with some white.

It's looking more or less where I want it to be. It soon turned into my most expensive deck as well, mostly using cards I just pulled or ended up with. The Theros Secret Lairs I ended up trading for, Allosaurus Shepherd and Craterhoof Behemoth were lucky pulls from Jumpstart, as was Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite from Mystery boosters. There may be room for upgrading still, but as of now I'm having a hard time deciding what to cut.

WINCONS:

Samut herself is a good wincon. Samut, Voice of Dissent can be buffed with Blackblade Reforged, making her large and beefy. Combining Chitinous Cloak and Vorrac Battlehorns basically makes her unblockable, and nobody sees it coming. Obviously Lightning Greaves for shroud, or even Privileged Position to give hexproof to everything. And to get over some defenses, she can spread her wings and fly with Cliffhaven Kitesail. Want more Samuts? Helm of the Host is pretty dumb in any deck that can abuse multiple commanders. And speaking of Helm, it also goes infinite with Combat Celebrant!

Some small power/toughness buffs can be made from The Great Henge (which helps with mana as well, and with all the big bois you'll be playing, it may be pretty cheap to cast!), or Mirari's Wake. Garruk, Unleashed's +1 ability gives something +3/+3 and trample til end of turn, and Samut, the Tested's +1 ability gives another creature double strike til end of turn. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite nullifies your opponents' boardstate (especially if they have tokens), and beef up your creatures by +2/+2. The Gods Iroas, God of Victory and Nylea, God of the Hunt also give things menace and trample, respectively. Khenra Charioteer also gives things trample easily.

Chip damage can be dealt with Cindervines as your opponent casts more cards, especially against spellslinger decks. And Sarkhan's Unsealing can deal lots of damage when you get to casting your big boys.

Which big boys am I talking about? Well, first there's obviously our dinos, Zacama, Primal Calamity who is a 9/9 vigilance, reach, trample on its own, with a myriad of helpful abilities as well. Ghalta, Primal Hunger can be cast for extremely cheap as there's no shortage of power in this deck.

Allosaurus Shepherd allows us to make some of our big green creatures un-counterable, as well as Prowling Serpopard. Shepherd also can buff some of our Elves, while there's not many, nobody expects your elves to become a 5/5 out of nowhere, like Yeva, Nature's Herald and Selvala, Explorer Returned.

Speaking of Yeva, Nature's Herald and Selvala, Explorer Returned, you can annoy everyone by parleying with Selvala on everyone else's turn, untapping with Samut's white ability, doing it again, getting mana from the parley, playing Yeva, and untapping again with Seedborn Muse, allowing you to keep parleying and getting mana to flash in big green creatures when it's not even your turn. Warning, this WILL cause hate.

Some game-enders are the classic Craterhoof Behemoth, and God-Eternal Rhonas. Buff up creatures (or Samut) and swing in for the win. Worried about your opponents' blockers? Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist makes them choose who they block, they only get one! Impervious Greatwurm for a big indestructible wurm, Baneslayer Angel for more flying, first strike, lifelink keywordsoup, along with Questing Beast for a little vigilance, deathtouch, haste action. Then maybe play Odric, Lunarch Marshal to give EVERY creature those keywords on combat.

Sigarda, Host of Herons protects your board from sacrificing permanents, and Shalai, Voice of Plenty give you and other creatures hexproof.

COMBOS:

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Temur Sabertooth = Infinite colored mana. Infinite colorless mana. Infinite damage to creatures. Infinite artifact destruction. Infinite enchantment destruction. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite lifegain.
