I've put together what I thought would be a half-decent, somewhat budgetized version of a Sliver Commander deck. This deck is meant for casual play, not tournaments.With this in mind, the deck is lacking in expensive lands which would obviously allow the deck to flow more smoothly, but do not adhere to the $150 budget I set myself. I have left in expensive cards I thought were crucial for the deck to work.

The way the deck works is to try and flash out as many lands early on, while playing whatever cheap slivers you can in the mean time. Once you manage to get one of each colour into your mana pool, either with dual lands, vivid lands or even Chromatic Lantern, you can play Sliver Overlord.

Basically that's where things get fun. The first cards you'll probably want to tutor with your commander would be Sliver Hivelord and Crystalline Sliver. There other other important slivers as well, ubt those two are especially important as they protect your slivers when they are out.

If for any reason, you are unable to protect your slivers, cards like Aphetto Dredging and Deadbridge Chant Allow you to bring cards back from the graveyard.

As for winning matches, it can be done in any matter of ways. One would be through voltron, playing a card like Alpha Status on Sliver Overlord, while he has fear and/or flying, and swinging for lots of damage per turn. Other ways can just be through runnning your whole board at an enemy with buffs on each creature, using cards like Konda's Banner and Megantic Sliver making each sliver absolutely massive, and swinging to beat an enemy each turn.
