I'm going with low mana cost, spread abilities across the board, stacks where I can get them and making sure I get flying and vigilance as often as I possibly can without diluting the deck with non-stackable abilities. I've also got card draw artifacts, in an effort to keep from top decking to fast/frequently, and to keep the flood of slivers coming strong.

Going for a budget-ish deck too, I know there are faster, better mana bases out there, but this one is affordable!

I am VERY pleased with this build- The low CMC and average means I've got one and two drops all day long.
Hand Hate slows it but doesn't stop it
Creature destruction slows it but doesn't stop it
Big creatures rarely get in the way with any combo of indestructible, flying or shadow
SO MANY WIN CONDITIONS
each sliver drawn is another shot to win, and it normally happens inside of 5 turns.
It's an amazing creature build.
