a rebuild of Sliveren v1.0..

adding Sinew Sliver, Bonescythe Sliver , and more Syphon Sliver (and a bit of burn) has completely changed how this deck plays :) tested it against my Rakdos, Lord of Minotaurs deck and it was a fairly even match, with slivers winning a couple turns after casting Syphon Sliver

can't wait to try it out against more decks..still worried about how to deal with spot removals & board wipes & the like but I'll have to figure out some adjustments as I play with it more
