The perfect starting hand..
3 different color mana sources, any 1 drop creature, Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver, and of course Sliver Legion.
The perfect turn set..
Turn 1 : Cavern of Souls, Mana Confluence, Sliver Hive, Ancient Ziggurat, or any basic land in order to play a one drop creature. Galerider Sliver or Virulent Sliver would be the best, in my opinion.
Turn 2 : Cavern of Souls, Mana Confluence, Sliver Hive, Ancient Ziggurat, or any basic land of a different color from the first land if the first 2 lands are both basic lands. The goal on this turn is to get a Manaweft Sliver or a Gemhide Sliver on the board, setting up the next turn.
Turn 3 : Cavern of Souls, Mana Confluence, Sliver Hive, Ancient Ziggurat, or any basic land of a different color from the first 2 lands if all 3 of your land drops have been basic lands. Either way, you should have at least 5 different mana colors available, enough to drop Sliver Legion..
UPDATE:
Had some problems with removal so on top of the 3
Diffusion Sliver's already in the side board, I added 3
Rebuff the Wicked's to the main, as well as, 2
Spellskite's to the side. That should give some relief to the removal threat. Open to further critiques..
