I'd suggest that you add an Enlightened Tutor , Idyllic Tutor , Vampiric Tutor , because virtually all of your combo pieces that can't be tutored with Sliver Overlord are enchantments... And Enlightened Tutor /Vampiric Tutor can also find the altar and the Heartstone .
Since you're packing Prismatic Omen (for mana fixing I guess), it really wouldn't hurt to run Emeria, The Sky Ruin and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle . Getting your slivers back free is great, and dealing some extra damage free is also always nice. You're not gonna win off of valakut, but it's still okay... Another nice sliver that combos with Prismatic Omen and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is Sedge Sliver . It's cheaper regeneration than Clot Sliver and it's also a Lord-effect.
As much as I LOOOOOOVE Crystalline Sliver , Every time I play him, I realize that as soon it hits the table, Amoeboid Changeling -Sliver Overlord combo's are impossible... Still, it's a great, GREAT card (I mean, come on... 2-mana 2/2 with THAT kind of sliver-ability??). Also, if you're gonna try to steal creatures by making them slivers, it's best that you don't have any Darkheart Sliver -like abilities on the table... (you'll get rid of the creature for sure, but generals aren't easily dealt with)
Heheh, Aluren is usually used with some sort of bouncing infinite combo, but I guess this work just fine too! Nice!
okay, I'm gonna split this into two posts...
cards I don't really like are stuff like Acidic Sliver . if you're gonna try to deal two damage while willing to sacrifice your sliver, then use Psionic Sliver , its doesn't cost valuable mana. This deck EATS mana, you're better off playing spells and tutoring than using it for this creature. Necrotic Sliver 's ability also costs mana, but it's way more effective... Plus with the Psionic Sliver , your sliver might survive...
Hunter Sliver and Horned Sliver are just not EDH material... the horned guy just seems really underwhelming when you can have stuff like Shadow Sliver and Shifting Sliver . And the hunter doesn't seem all that relevant. What creatures are you trying to lure? Most utility creatures have ETB-abilities or activated abilities (that include costs like tapping for instance Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker ). So they're not worth provoking. Same goes for Two-Headed Sliver .
Aphetto Dredging ... hmm, I... just... don't like its mana cost/effect. I'd rather have a Regrowth and have the option to get an important destroyed enchantment or a countered card:Patriarch's Bidding or a used tutor back. Even though I'll get less cards back. But that's just my opinion.
Joiner Adept is nice, but in a deck that supports 5-colored creatures (as a general) I'd rather have a Bloom Tender . Imagine having Bloom Tender , Sliver Overlord (and perhaps a Training Grounds ) in play... yummmm...
One last thing, I'd include Cavern of Souls (so good)...
I'm not too sure about Call to the Kindred , I haven't tested it myself yet. Is Lurking Predators worth running without card:Sensei's Divining Top? Because a 6-drop enchantment better have A) a game changing effect or B) do something really good without being lucky. (I'm thinking Mana Reflection for A, Wild Pair as example for the B). Again I haven't tested that card myself yet.
